Returns & Exchanges
At Satorisan, we want you to walk comfortably in your new shoes; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the authentic packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original Satorisan box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
